During Easter, Christians all over the world turn their thoughts to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. By going to the cross, Jesus demonstrated in a most unselfish way the truth of His words: “Greater love has no man than he lay down his life for his brother.” Although laying aside our own desires, needs and agendas is difficult and often painful, we can only victory in our lives by taking up our crosses daily and dying to ourselves. Many lost hope when Jesus lay in the tomb; their hopes for victory over their enemies and a new way […]

Northwest Spring Retreat

The Spring Retreat, March 23-25, 2018, proved to be an amazing weekend in the Northwest! Twenty-two Covenant Keepers met at Black Lake Bible Camp in Olympia, Washington. What can be said about it other than it was amazing as always. We were blessed by the Holy Spirit, and enjoyed our guest speaker, CKI Group Leader and Intercessor Marilyn Pennington, who reminded us of the power of our spoken words. After a rich Saturday of teaching and fellowship, the topper was the movie, “War Room”. It seemed to be a visual reminder of all that we had been learning during the […]

What You Seed Is What You Get!

  • By Covenant Keepers, Inc.
  • April 23, 2018

Seedtime to the farmer is very important. He holds back his very best seed for next year’s crop. Each seed carries with it a DNA potential to produce bountifully beyond itself. When placed in the right soil, tended well, weeded, fed, and receiving the right elements from heaven, a bumper crop is in the making. The same principles apply in the spirit realm. The seed you plant will make more of its own. If your seed is worldly, you reap death. If there is a seed of doubt, it will bear double mindedness. BUT, if there is a seed, just […]

75 Cents – Consider This

  • By Covenant Keepers, Inc.
  • April 2, 2018

We just spent the evening with a couple who have a restored marriage. They brought along their two children – one who is about to graduate from high school and one in middle school. All evening long my mind kept wandering to what those children’s lives would look like if their parents had not decided to follow the Lord’s plan. My eyes kept watching as they played on their phones and had an enjoyable evening eating good food in the presence of both of their contented parents. The parent who was the covenant keeper made the comment they wished everyone […]

USA CA: “Praising God for the last two weeks that have been so special. I know that He is working on my spouse and I feel a peace with letting God […]

  • By Covenant Keepers, Inc.
  • December 11, 2017

(In response to an article from a popular Christian magazine regarding the church’s role in divorce recovery). I have been divorced for five years after a beautiful 43 year marriage. My husband is a spirit-filled, talented Christian musician who was allured and enticed away by the enemy. I agree that this is definitely one of the most painful situations a person can experience. The first six months after my divorce I spent every moment possible seeking the Lord and His plan for my life. The Lord is incredibly faithful. I knew that I knew that I was to stand for the […]

Enduring

  • By Covenant Keepers, Inc.
  • July 24, 2017

Enduring is not a skill we readily run to. For it pushes us out of our familiar zone. Yet enduring is a necessary ingredient to complete our faith. It takes a holy promise and hangs on until it is fully baked. Enduring lasts longer than the challenge. It has a fight-to-the-death mentality. Enduring is measured by the value of its fulfillment, not the time and energy it takes to see it through. Enduring is fueled by its vision.  If its source is mere human, it can only do what great humans can do. If it is powered by God Himself, […]
